Cancellation Policy:
Thank you for choosing Skin Oasis Holistic Spa for your wellness needs. All of our services are performed by licensed and certified estheticians, NCCA nutritionist, and NANP experts. We are committed to providing you with exceptional services. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To ensure fairness to both our valued guests and our dedicated professionals, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Full payment is refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will retain 50% of the total payment.
- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full price of the service will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. However, last-minute cancellations or frequent rescheduling can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience our therapists and other guests.
